Thread: Create An OP Character For Me?

Ok. As you might or might not know, I been running an OP RPG at this forum right now and I need you guys to help me a little. Even if you're not in the RPG, it's still Okay to post.

My request is can you guys help me creae OP characters. He or she don't have to have a DF, but he or she must have at least some kind of fighting skill. You can also just post an DF ability idea for me.

I wont create a character (I did created one, you cant complain), but I think of a new race: aside fro mgiants, mermans and humans, there should be a race of "harpies" - half birds, half woman's, with ability to tranfsorm into three forms- bird, human and harpy (I even thinked of creating such character, but I abandonned this becouse I didnt want to play girl)

Tsukumaru:I dont think,it is wise to let someone create a character for you,I NEVER enjoyed playing with pre-made characters too much,however I might help you a little with creation if you will

Well...i'm not asking for you help to creat characters for people to play as, but I want to use them as NPCs in the game.

Well...For example...

Name :Ignacio "Gambling King" Toolucky(or whatever.I am not good in naming...)
Bounty :30 mil berries
Power :Luck Luck Fruit
Specialization/profesion:Gambler,and well-known swindler of(insert a location of his appearence...)
Background : He was,at first very poor gambler,which you can find hundreds in every casino.However,to his incredible fortune,he was able to acidentaly eat luck luck fruit,which changed his life.This fruit has ability to bring instant misfortune to the target.Alhtougt useable in battle,he knows better use of it.Soon he began to be known as "gambler king",a player that will NEVER fail in any kind of game.His bounty dont come from his fighting abilities(although,he can be quite dangerous enemy,thanks to hundred "mysterious" unlucky accidents that happens to anyone who try to fight him),but from the fact,a while ago,he stripped few marine officers from all berries and anything valuable they had in a card game,and then,they discovered about his DF powers.
So now,he is wandering around islands,hoaxing,cheating,gambling and stealing with everyone he mets,and chasimg his ultimate dream:To become incredible disgusting rich.

Race: human (supposedly, he's really short for 15)

Background: On an island where the GOvernment trains agents from infancy, Doky was the weakest of them all. Required to execute all six forms at the age 11, now at the age of 15, has only mastered four forms. AFter getting beaten up by SIX-FORM users every day, Doky hears about even stronger fighters in the grand line.
Finally Doky has a dream: He'll finish his training outside the island and defeat the strongest barehand fighter out there. THen nobody will be stronger than him. After escaping by swimming to the nearest island with his rokushiki trained body, the government gave him a bounty of 20,000,000 because a cp9 level rogue agent is loose who hasn't been trained to be loyal to the government. NOw he wanders the world looking for opponents to finish his training oblivious to his bounty

personality: really humble since he was the weakest on his home island. Always surprised when he wins a fight. Doesn't consider himself short, rather everyone else is just really "tall"

I made up this character thinking of Kinrai, he could be a reoccuring character like smoker or buggy and follow Kinrai around since he considers Kinrai to be the strongest martial artist in the world

I've already got characters for future arcs but...I still want to see what kind of powers I can give to characters.
