Could please someone tell me who is this Dragon you are talking about?He's probably on the level of Dragon in terms of power
And about opinion that Jinbei is just like Arlong, please think that Jinbei is Arlong's captain or like that, so I don't think Jinbei can be defeated like Arlong so easily..............

thx for the info but i bet Jinbei wont be weak afterall Seven Sea God is not named on person which is weak. Jus looked at Crocodile and Mihawk. they r extremely powerful being in the Grand Line.Jinbei must hav something different frm Arlong and Arlong is jus a weakling and easily pawned by Luffy.

its posible that Arlong was but after what 8-15 years of doing hardly any fighting has left him weak like Kuro
