Thread: Fish-men type?

Ever since the Arlong Park, I've been wondering: How many types of Fish-men are there? as many as the sea? or even more, since fish-men have to breed, so are there a bunch of half-shark, half-octopus dudes out there?

So I've made an interesting idea: create your own fish-man type! Think of a species of aquatic creature you would like to turn One Piece. No need to cross-breed, just name at least one type that hasn't been seen during the whole One Piece series.

Species that have already been used:
Whale shark--Jimbei no Shichibukai
Sawfish--Arlong
Pufferfish--Tom
Blowfish--Chu
Octopus--Hachi
Marlin (?)--Kapoti
Stingray--Kurobi
Star Shark--Monda
Mudfish--Big Pan

I think that's all. If I missed any, please tell me so that I may correct my mistake. Have fun!

What about the haachi mini-arc, it had the mermaid and the starfish guy. As for making one, Id like to see a killer-whale man, or a celocanth man or an angler fish man. And Im anxious to see what Jinbei looks like, i bet hes pretty sweet. Plus Oda makes his own fish too, like...

1.) Panda shark (Remeber? it tried to eat Johnny (or Yosaku)

2.) Elephant fish (Sanji bought it in rogue town)

The last one was Tom and I want more. Maybe the next arc wll be in a fish-men town?^^ First Skytopia->Marine Island-> Fish-men city. Would that be the next instance?

Angler fish - fishman (huge freakin mouth, gigantic teeth, nearly invisible)

....whatever i doubt the merman town/island is next... they might live UNDERWATER for instance...

Those two weren't fish-men. That starfish was non-anthro, and the girl was a MERMAID. Oda has said before that they are a completely different species.

I never said they were fishmen! Read the posts before you reply idiot.
