a lot of logia users power depends on the environment

imagine aoikiji fight ace on top of a volcano....i do say ace already won half a battle....now viseversa... ace fight aoikiji at the north pole....probably lose eh?

for luffy to defeat crocodile at his home field was very challenging. and the reason that crocodile was only 81 mil bounty is probably cuz he cant be too high to be appear so early in the seasons.. cant let luffy jump to 200mil in 3 arc..or 4? lol

However hat down for his tactic and strategic planning.
talk about one-way oriented . . . how'd y'all think about Enel, he'd sure be some a pirates down the blue sea with his logia . . .it even said that luffy is the only one who stand a chance against him. . .

I do agree that Shanks will not want to join the shicibukai.
But i was very curious about his name.

"shanks" is very related with lamb (part of lamb).

dont you think he could be one of the seven?

you know, that is a very contradicting scentence, first you say "he will not be a shibukai" then you say "maybe he is one of the seven" whereas seven in this case probably means the seven shibukais... at least thats how i interperate it.

Ummm...That isnt very contradicting...Someone can be real good, even great, honest man, but can suck sa president becouse he cant take pressure and make bad decisions, is naive, undiplomatic, etc...

    A thought about bounties:

Has anyone considered that 100 million is a damn huge sum? Imagine if you got 100 million dollars. You'd be fucking rich, that's for sure. Hell, you'd be loaded even if you got 100 million mexican pesos.

Now, the government doesn't have infinite amounts of cash, and because they give out a bounty for nearly every pirate it can become very expensive very quick. Therefore, the government might feel like 100 millions is enough incentive for bounty hunters to go after a pirate of Luffy's caliber.

In short, what if the government people are cheap bastards who don't want to pay more than what is absolutely necessary? This would explain why some bounties seem to be lower than they should.
