Luffy say's roughly he's glad he met Blueno here because now he understands how their moves work. *Only Soru* but I assume he learned the others also.

There wasn't any fireballs. It was more like he used his rubber powers to shoot air at Blueno at a zillion miles per hour.

I was thinking he hit so fast that you couldn't really see it? Like, maybe he increased the rubber-ness or something so it rebounds faster.

i think he chang all his cell and muscle to rubber then inteads of strech his hand he pressure his muscle and shoot it like a pistol
