    I Like Arlong ! that was a cool villian with a ocean sea background of mermen' fit well into the pirate story' plus Cuz it was one of the most exciting Arc's' SHA HAHAHA HA !

    very simple: there is none!
    smoker is the nicest guy around and he's also pretty much the only uncorrupted/sane marine we have seen.

    the coolest villan is the god pirate who wounded zoro, hawk eye or something like that
