Dragon and the 3 Great Powers

Beware, it's not marines + shichibulai = yonkou. Shichibukai are really quite independant from the marines (Hangkok didn't want to help the WG, Kuma works for Dragon, or so it seems, and helped the SH even though an admiral was right beside him, and latelly Jimbei and BB rebelled openly against the WG...).

yeah..and it is put this way:
marine HQ, sichibukai and yonkou are on same level..those marine HQ asking help from sichibukai was becoz it's like handicapped to yonkou and became 2 against 1..
