The most powerful Royal Shichibukai?

Who do you think from what we've seen is the strongest? Of course we haven't seen the full extent of what everyone can do, but I believe we've seen enough of most of the members.

most powerful... depending on how you define powerful

kuma might not be very powerful, but his ability can even send the most powerfull flying.
Can he use it to drop them into an active volcano?
can he even reach flamengo if he's on guard?
would mihawk cut him down before he could touch him?

i think in the end, no one can say who the most powerful. some ability A overpowers ability B which overpoweres C which overpowers A.

Like Enel would be able to kill nearly everybody, but Luffy was his perfect match, while Kuma would die on him (electricity vs. machine).

I'd say Teach, mostly because he holds the strongest position story-wise. He threatened Whitebeard and acknowledges Luffy. By the power of Shonen comics, he should be one of the final enemies and thus the strongest of the shichibukai.

Bartholomew Kuma > Fishman Jimbei (got caught)

Marshall D. Teach > all DF users

Dracule Mihawk > superb fighting abilitys

Donquixote Doflamingo > very good DF ability and HIGHEST EVER given bounty

Boa Hancock (works only on man)
Sir Crocodile (was weakest anyway)
Gecko Moria (was beaten by Luffy)

Imo:
Mihawk = Blackbeard > Kuma > Doflamingo

Anyway.
Every 4 Emperors > every Shishibukai.
