The most powerful Royal Shichibukai?

About Donflamingo. Sure his DF ability seems to be very powerful, but we still know very little about it. Like how it really works and on what people. There will surely be some kind of limitation to it, because I doubt he can just control other strong people with it.
And that he has the highest bounty ever doesn't mean much. It could simply mean that he was a pirate a long time before he joined the WG.
Just look at Blackbeard, his bounty isn't very high because he joined the WG so fast.
I'm not saying that he isn't strong. He is a Shichibukai so he should be. I'm just saying that we can't really put him into a strenght listing with so little information.
We pretty much can't do that with a lot of informations. Those listing never really work because it all depens on who fights who.

About Boa's technique only working on women...did you see what happened on the women island? Like really, three of them were converted into stone, males undercover? Don't think so, then when she was about to get a full body searched, if I remember correctly the one doing it was a woman. So, I think it works in a diferent manner.

Teach's ability seems pretty powerful, but there must be someone to counteract him. I pretty much guess the admirals are sure of their power if they are giving him the position without them fearing he will rebel.

Kizaru is probably the answer in case Blackbeard does something. Light VS Darkness.

And Blackbeard doesn't even have a bounty.

And strongest Shichibukai? I would have to go with Mihawk simply because he's the only one that (as far was we know) doesn't have a DF ability. That and his sword makes every other sword look like shit. Its just that awesome.

well, as far as i know mihawk and shanks were dueling all the time and it was always a draw, so my pick is mihawk.

I'm pretty sure Luffy can beat Blackbeard, and it looks like they are going to fight in the next chapter. If Luffy lunges his fists at Blackbeard while he is sucking Luffy in, that will do tons of damage.

Mihawk, he make me have a strong impression when I first saw him. Far stronger than Luffy, Zoro and the others.

Im not so sure about Doflamingo. Puppeterring is rarely the god-power it is usually presented to be. Boa's power can work on girls so I think she has an edge over most but tbh, it surprises even me but I think Mihawk is probably the most powerful.
