Wow, the script's a lot messier in Google Translate than it was last week.

Essentially, Luffy states how he's going back to Shabondy, Marguerite tells him that he's in the Calm Belt, and that lots of dead bodies wash up on shore from Sea King attacks. Luffy realizes that there's no wind, and tries to think of ways to circumvent this, thinking of things like using a fan, before setting on rowing. Makes sense, but as we know, he can't build a boat for shit, and has to have Marguerite save him from drowning.

I have no idea why she starts shooting arrows at him; the ''translation'' is too messy, but afterwards the other Amazons burst onto the scene, ready to exterminate Luffy. The rest of the chapter is the meeting between Hancock and Momongo, which is already covered much more accurately than I ever could.

Not gonna do a word to word translation but with all the crazy Haki abuse/Luffy mom talk going on I figure I'd throw in something for you guys to digest:

First and most important, Ace's public execution will happen in EXACTLY ONE WEEK, at a plaza near the Marine Headquarter. (Presumably on the same island)

WG expects and is preparing for the full scale confrontation with WB, hence the desperate attempt at recruiting all potential fighting power.

Hancock responded to the WG mandatory summon, saying she will heed the call but never show up, hence VA Momonga is here to force her to make a choice between following orders or being stripped the title.

The two sisters are: "Boa Sandersonia" and "Boa Marigold", Hancock is actually the eldest of the three and her full title is "Emperor of Amazon Lily, Captain of the Kuja Pirates, Shichibukai, Pirate Empress, Boa Hancock". They all have nameplates apparently, but no bounties yet.

Hancock basically acts like a spoiled little girl and does whatever she wants, and the reason she can do that, quoting herself, is "because I'm beautiful".
