Well if you read chapter 379 you know that introduced a rating system for all of cp9 members strength , but do you think that there going to apply it to the straw hat crew.so when luffy or somebody fights fukurou (fat guy)and say's what 10,000 douriki.

If they do i hope they drop it after the water seven arc
or it'll be dragonball z all over again making uppsop ussless like krillin.

well, it seems to be the fat guy "ability", so we won't see this kind of mesurements later...

but sure that this guy will applay this to whoever fights him... (even if i don't think it will be luffy as SPOILER luffy already figths with blueno (382)... and it's pretty sure he will kick lucci's ass after that... so 2 cp9 guys is already enough.. /SPOILER)

anyway, it's just a measurement of each ones raw force... > it does not measure each one abilities, and even less the power of their DF, for those who have one..

i hate that rating. it is so stupid and pirates power should be measures by their bounty at least that is wat i believe

1 - cp9 are not pirates, and it's only the cp9 that have been "rated" like that (at least for now.. but there won't be much more)
2 - it's even more stupid to mesure a pirate power by his bounty

.. bounties represents the threat to the world government, and someone like robin, who is not very powerful, can have a high bounty because of this threat she represents (in her case her knowledge) and not of her power...

not only does robin have a high bounty because she's a threat to the marines but also because she is hard to capture and she did brought down many marine ships right? but i believe that measuring a pirate's power by his/her bounty is not very accurate coz the marines only give bountys to the pirates they are familiar with or to those who did very noticeable crimes.

so maybe they should just have a battle royal. the last one standing is the most powerful.lol

.. take robin... she have had her bounty at 8 years old...
even hermep could beat her at the time... but the marine "gave" her a 78 million berry bounty..... which is a HUGE bounty...
and on the other hand, eneru didn't have any bounty because he was unknown from the government while being one of the most powerful guys out there...

so a high bounty doesn't always means that they are "some kinda pirate"..

I dunno, I think the bounties give a good idea to how strong a pirate is. Luffy and his 100million is pretty accurate given that he beat down Bellamy, Croc, Arlong... Ect. And Zoro's 60million is a good representation given he's usually smashing the No. 2 guy.

I think you messed up with Robin... I say she could beat Zoro and Sanji in a fight. I mean, look at what she did to Pell. Remember, strenght and speed work against you when you're fighting her. Given that's how most strenght is measured, she has the perfect counterbalance to it. 79million... Easy.
