Axe-hand Morgan

Why? 1. He was stripped of rank and managed to escape from Garp's ship using Helmeppo as a hostage (Ruined Life). 2. The only hand shown was the hand that wasn't an axe, his other hand is off of the panel. 3. He already had a metal chin, A metal mask to cover the whole face now. Finally, 4. Oda said before that Morgan was based off a real life pirate, most likely Henry Morgan, who's career started as a law-abiding seafarer.

(Most info gathered from Morgan's page on the One Piece wikia, the mask thing is just my own guess)

Edit: Also, can't be Arlong, the hand doesn't have those merman fins between the fingers, and Krieg was really pale skinned while the guy's hand was pretty shaded. Ferozban already said the thing about Kuro.

I think Creek, or Morgan. But Morgan is really weak so that would be surprising !

It might not be any of those guys. It's probably someone that Zoro Defeated when he was a pirate hunter and now he has come back for some payback. With the way the story lines are, this would not be surprising. :0

Maybe it's some random guy who wants to be a rubber man but can't since Luffy ate the gum gum fruit :P

what about crocidile cause if u look at the pic it looks like his hand is dripping

It cant be crocodile cause his been sent to Impel Down, where Ace is also being kept, so I still say its someone related to zoros past since, he took out hachi who is also a swordsman!!!! So this should be considered.

Bellamy? He hates Luffy a lot. It's not like someone said he's dead.His mask is probably not to show the "fist to the face" injury.

However, the flying fish is a clue that can lead to another possibilty.

Flying Fish -> Sky Island -> Iron Guy with sword.
