In the translation I read he kept mentioning the Straw Hats so I assumed that he was after them collectively. But whether it's Creek or Morgan (the two favorites in my opinion) they would be after Luffy most of all, but I think that Creek is the more likely to know that Luffy went to Grand Line and since he's been to Grand Line before he's the most likely of the two to get ahead of he Straw Hats.

The Straw Hats did mess up his life because they prevented him from being able to get the ship and crew he wanted to enter the Grand Line again. Plus they embarassed him (Luffy in particular) in front of all of those people that were at the restaurant.

I lean more toward Creek than Morgan. Morgan was a weekling when you think about it. He wouldn't be able to last long in the Grand Line. Creek on the other hand already knows about the Grand Line and if not for an unfortunate run in with Mihawk, he might not have been forced to leave.

The most likely is that it is an entirely new character with a history with one of the strawhat members that has never been previously revealed, but just to be safe my bet is on Kreig. We don't really know waht happened to Kreig after the fight with Luffy, and they both use weapons and wear armor so if it isn't a new character then I would it was Kreig. Morgan has one hand replaced by an axe. Bellamy isn't that big. Crocodile is in jail. Arlong would probably be my second choice, but I don't think he would work with humans.

edit: NVM, i just saw them, haha I should've known something like this was gonna happen, that was awesome though, guess I was right he is after sanji, although for a completely different reason to what I'm thinking
