Thread: The 8th Mugiwara? Share Your Opinion

If you havent read the chapter then chapter 489 is out by Franky House Click This. So as not to spoil- just read the chapter and share your thoughts. Was it too expected or not? What does this bring to the table?

It was pretty much clear since the moment Ruffy asked him to join (when they met)

It was a given from the second he said he was a musician.

The fact that Luffy went out of his way to help him would have been proof enough and also the Straw Hat's link to a friend of his.

If you had the fact that Brook wanted to go back to Laboon, he was sure to enter the crew as Luffy made the same promise !

lets see, the first moment they met luffy said "join my crew!" and brook agreed.

We find out he's a musician, and in trouble. We find out that he has ties to laboon.

Basically when he said sure why not in the beginning I knew he'd join, only further cemented as time went on.

And I'm happy cause he's my favorite character^^

I feel that Brook would be a fine addition to the mugiwara crew. Had my doubts after he left the ship but now after the thriller bark arc, I believe he would fit in quite nicely.

The only thing worrying me about Brook is the fact that hes a skeleton, and how he's going to fit in "society" unless the New World is filled with strange people like the mugiwara crew which is very likely.

but even before that it was set in motion the day he painted his flag on the big ol whale and even before when he said the first thing they needed
well not really lol

but luffy....ruffy w/e (r and l are the same thing in japanese, they cant seem to pronounce a clear RRR sound lol its somthing in between rla rli rlu rle rlo)
...gets what he wants, he might come to the edge of death for it but he will get his members

but the real question is how many members will he have in the end
..probably alot..but i mean his inner circle will it stop at 8?

will it get so big that he elects a co captain for a 2nd division and or ship?

hopefully luffy wants another comrade.
