    EDIT: My gifs aren't supposed to have small filesizes, thus keeping their quality.
    EDIT: Why are your gifs so pixelated? o_O

    Isn't this what you do?
    Capture frames at 640*480, resize then crop (or crop and resize) and then put them ins whatever order you want.

    No I just resize it but I don't know why it comes out like that.

    I think I got the pixel problem worked out. I noticed that like an idoit I was resizing pixel

    Still a little 2 big and size should b 100x100 pixel. Found a handy program for ya to try out. It's a shareware call FastStone Photo Resizer. It takes all your images and comverts them to whatever format you want and it can also resize your image as well in process. Give it a try. Just set it to 100x100 pixel when you convert.
