*possible spoilers beware* hmm i was wondering who is stronger, the cp-9 or the shichibaku but im pretty sure the shichibaku are stronger... but the cp-9 also carry out government stuff if im not mistaken. and i also wonder if franky is stronger than luffy. i think robin is stronger than luffy for sure, unless luffys bones cant be broken, but he can be tickled to death or something hehe.
CP9 against the shichibaku. Should that question even be asked. But no I don't think Robin stronger than Luffy cause his bones can't be broken(it's been showed) but yea she could probably tickle him to death or stab him while tickling him.
My feelings on "strength" in the One Piece world is that they you cannot measure them like power levels from Dragonball. I think the author plays with the strengths and weaknesses of the characters well and that certain characters are meant to face-off with other certain characters. Who else could have defended against Smoker in Alabasta other than Ace at that time? Who else could have defeated Eneru other than a rubber-human?

Despite that: Are you counting the entire groups of the SHICHIBUKAI and CP9 or just considering the "level" they're at? Of the Shichibukai we know of my opinions are:
Mihawk - It seems like he would be able to cut through their tekkai and avoid all of their attacks with his speed. However we haven't been fully exposed to his abilities.
Crocodile - In this situation, I don't think CP9 could beat a sand-human and even if they exploited his weakness I don't think they would have the determination Luffy had to win. However CP9 is very organized and has many resources so if they were able to utilize all that, I guess CP9 could win.
Doflamingo - No idea. We aren't fully aware of just what he can do.
Kuma - Don't know what he can do.
Jinbei - haven't even seen him.
And there are two others we haven't met yet.
Franky is well equipped and fairly intelligent, it may be corny and qliche, but I think Luffy's wits and determination combined with his imaginative skill set would overcome Franky in the end.
As for Luffy and Robin, I keep seeing a stalemate. She wouldn't be able to really beat him just using her Devil Fruit ability as she probably wouldn't be able to hurt him, only hinder and lock him up. Luffy probably wouldn't want to fight her, but ignoring that he would either keep getting caught in her holds until he eventually got an opening and hit her really hard. I don't imagine she can take as much damage as Luffy and would go down fairly quickly after being hit.

umm, werent crocodile and arlong part of the shichibukai? arlong seemed excessively weak although he wasn't on the grand line so i guess thats to be expected
Franky doesn´t seem to be strong? Are you a retard? He won against Nereo who nearly perfected all level of Tekkai (4/6) and has enormous power, nearly no vulnerable points.Quote:
