from what i understood of the article, it was his wife who put him ALREADY dead in the barrel with rhum so she could send his corpse back home cheaper... did she pour the rhum before or after is a question for which we will never have an answer

i don't think the body affects the rum if their drinking it after they took the body out. i mean if it does who in their right mind would do such things? (rhetorical question)

I did remember there is a sake in japan which used snakes body....but well i forgot the name....maybe in this case the human bodies were used then
