Luffy would destroy Gaara. One Piece is just on a higher scale of power.

In fact, Luffy would probably destroy Shukaku. I like both Naruto and OP, and in fact Gaara is one of my favourite characters, but Luffy is just too strong for him.

THe mangas r so different this thread is dumb, but i would have to say luffy

If you really were comparing the two then you would have to do it at the same time periods since One Piece is nearly 100 chapters ahead of Naruto.

Not just 100 chapters but also 4 movies about 100 episode's and 3 tv specials. Give or take.
