Default Does Oda go by any other names?

I was just wondering, cuz i just found a manga called Fairy Tale by a Mashima Hiro, n the art is incredibly similar to One Piece, though it could be a new artist usin a similar style:/
Seems interesting tho, only a few chaps out but the storyline seems good, n the main char uses fire, n eats a lot (ace?...) :P

Oda uses a very cool style called Squash and Stretch motion, where the characters have less right angles and flow nicely.

Ren and stimpy also used this style, allthough to a much greater extent than one piece.

the manga you're talking about probably uses squash and stretch and draws influence from One Piece

The aforementioned style looks cool enough when drawn, but when animated, ends up looking just plain distorted.

i've read the 2 firsts chapters some days ago, and i imediately thought of One Piece due to the drawing style but also the characters and overall fun also, the main female characters looks a lot like nami

No, it really doesn't. It loses the cool factor when animated. Especially Luffy, who looks dumb most of the time in the anime.

And no, I'm not talking about the dub, either.

The One Piece anime looked best with the style used in the 3rd movie. The currently style simply looks like it was done a small budget.
