I think its the transformations he does.

its not deleted but actually its because your setting.
check below of the forum in one piece. you can change the display options to check when is the available time.

So the one responsible for this one piece thread is the moderator named Shautieh(if im not mistaken)

The scar in the lucci's back is a ex-wound from assasination. and the shape is the WG. so he is the assasin under the WG command

sorry I read a quick sub for the chapter and it was hard to follow. But do you think Lucci is a all bad guy or something. he is really cool. I wonder what other transformations he can do. I am a noob at forums sorry. T_T. and thanks for the info about the forum setting.

It's not really bad guy, it's just that Lucci is on the Wg's side and The StrawHats are against the the World Gorvernment. So of course he would be against the SH or any other pirates for that matter.

Lucci kills for pleasure and appears to have no regard for human life. I'd consider that an "evil villian", personally.

Yeah but he does follow The WG rules. Everything he does is allowed through the system. His sense of Justice is extreme though.

I don't even think that he has any sense of justice, probably the only reason why he's with the WG is because it allows him to kill people and not be hunted down by the WG.

Exactly. He straight up told Spandam that the only reason he joined Cipher Pol was to have legal permission to kill.
