i do believe so.....not he can't be killed but he is just simply resurrected again....

I think that if he gets his head cut off (or other serious injuries) he will be dead.

idk...if his head was severed he wouldnt be able to move but i think he would still be able to talk

Don't forget he didn't eat the immortality DF. His DF simply allowed him to have a second chance to live, and if he didn't take so long to find his corpse he would be absolutely normal (a priori). The weird thing is that his corpse was already reduced to bones and the DF power still allowed him to live, but anyway there is no reason it gave him some kind of immortality, too.

Even though he's reduced to bones how can he eat, drink, burp, fart, etc.? He's also nearly drowned right, so he there has to be a limit to his "immortality".

i don't think he is drowned (can't breath) when he try to save luffy...it's just he's being hammer and can't swim at all....maybe i change my opinion when i see bubbles came out from his mouth then i believe he is drown...
