Thread: One Piece Movie 7

I liked the fight between him and the crew...and Sanji got hurt, muahahaha *cough* sorry

Meh, movie 6 was definitely quite scary. It had some really demented stuff in it, which is fine really, but not too fine in a light hearted show like One Piece. So I wasn't too happy with it. As for movie 5, I have it but never came around to watching it. Say, is 7 as serious as 6 was? Cus I won't watch it if that's the case.

But out of all the movies, I liked 4 the best. That was some really great OP stuff.

Movie 4 was good, i liked the characters...movie 5 had Zorro in it, but was a bit out of place, movie 6 was serrious and scary, which makes it my favourite movie, the whole loosing your nakama and Luffy changing like that....and movie 7, well I've heard it's cool and funny...even the drawing style is back to the regular One Piece (but I still love the movie 6 style<333 )

Movie 6 was totally out of character. The Strawhats in there were way too weak. But a story had to be told, that wasn't One Piece.

Kinda like how it looks now in the anime...Nico Robin seems to have influenced the looks, because Nami starts looking like her XD Yeah I prefer the style from the first chapters, they all looked so... childish XP

Well, I guess since the 7th movie is out, maybe now would be a good time for me to give the 6th movie a try. I never really bothered to watch it because I never liked any of the OP movies and the art style of the 6th movie completely put me off.
I hope it doesn't suck as much as I think it will.

I like the fourth movie. Every crew member does something awesome at some point, the fights kick ass, and it keeps to the theme and character.

Same here, the older animation was so much better imo. I hate the new stuff, nami looks seriously ugly half the time, and depending on the views, the characters can look very different at different times, which is not good.

Have to agree, after watching it, first thing I said: "This isn't One Piece".

Ah, but what is One Piece, really? What is it's essence? Is it an art style? Nay, I say it is more.

I think it is because of the added computer support since the one piece is transmited in HD, i guess they wanted the animation to look really crisp.

As long as theres one piece im fine.
