I think it probably is racist but it doesn't look like that was the writer's intent. In other words this higlights the author's comerical media only view of a particular cultural group. In effect it isn't hate, its ignorance.

Its a manga, and he didn´t make fun of blacks. someone who always scream "youre a racist" as an excuse for his mistakes is ignorant.

its totally wrong to be against a certain group, I for myself am against Israels politician, but not against jewish people at all.

I personally don't find that racist at all, it is a fact that blacks are generally more adapt at sports and physical activities. Many many black people have larger muscles than myself although they do much less weight training than myself. And most of them are taller than asians.
If you still consider that racisim, then calling anyone asian, black, white or any racial identifier is racist. Because in both cases it is simply stating the general fact. Ontop of that, characteristics are nothing more than creating categories for people, and that is in a way discrimination, if you consider that One Piece chapter racist.
However, I do consider "Kill that Jew" or "Kill them niggers" racist, because they are not facts, they are simply hatred statements.

I think is funny and hilarious..i'm not sure is racism.

Everyone knows the color of the case doesn't make a computer any faster. It's all the little LED's inside that give it a speed boost.

At first i thought of it as racism then it just became funny. I even took it as a complement soon afterwards so I don't consider it a big deal.
