Who is this Sogeking? He looks so powerful! I wonder if he has some crazy devil fruit power. His mask is so cool looking too, maybe hes a character we already know. I think he might even be worthy enough to replace usopp as one of the straw hat crew.

if you don't believe me, look at his nose, his bandages, his overall attitude, and you will know it's usopp....
moreover Sanji said to him (in 368 i think..) something like "what the fuck are you doing ??" and francky said to sanji to act as he didn't see it was usopp....

uh i dont see how you possibly see ussop thats obviously some kinda sniper .... with a lng nose and some mask to hide the fact that hes ussop, which hes definately not.
