It's those moments of dawning comprehension that I always liked. Like when the drunk old man was freaking out at the new want ads of Luffy and Zoro and the whole bar near wets themselves with fright. Bellamy calms them down, but eventually gets an imprint of Luffy's fist on the side of his skull.
That and when Luffy is first charging the gates of Ennies Lobby and the one guard anounces it's the pirate with 100,000,000 Beri bounty: Strawhat Luffy! The guard's reaction was just priceless.

As for one of the best scenes in One Piece I'd say was in the anime where Luffy was in Skypeia trying to find his own way to Enel's Island after being separated from the rest of the crew and started to sing this cool song about the Islands. It went something like " The Islands in the south are very warm" ....... can't remember the rest but it sounded good in japanese

omg there's too many good lines/scene in OP, but this is the only 1 i can think of now, when luffy said "gear 2!!" with all the smoke around him and looking badass XD

The way Zoro and Mihawk respect each other...and what Mihawk sama told Zorro. That he will be waiting for Zoro to chalenge him again :']

Mihawk has no reason to respect Zoro yet; noticing potential does not necessarily involve respect. Zoro is still a long way from Mihawk's level of skill.
