Thread: One Piece RPG.Which devil-fruits would you give to the crew?

I have made a one-piece-role-playing-game for some friends. Now they have entered the grand line and they lack power. So they need a devil-fruit. The main characters are:
1. A captn: some sort of ruffy-jango-mix=stupid,strong,stubborn but always dancing

2. A swordsman like zorro, but just 2 swords)

3.A sniper : well its rather a mix between don-creek and lyssop(big armor and lots of weapons)


So The question: which devil fruit to whom, so that they become powerful, but without losing style. (you are free to invent new df).

I dont think a true swordsman should have a Devilfruit, and The sniper guy should have a devilfruit ability that helps with his shooting.

something magnetic to deviate the bullets...

Yeah. the magnetic fruit would be a really good idea for the sniper.
Not only he could from now on deviate bullets that target him, but he could also use his power to deviate his own shots around cover etc. and don't forget the large weapons or shields he could wield thanks to magneto-power.... reminds me X-men

I would like to give to the sniper the Devil fruit of the super vision so that he can see further than he can now

a magnetic fruit for the sniper guy is good, he could just reflect all cannon balls that are shot against the ship
Arkana, i thought of that too, maybe a fruit that gives the sniper supervision that enables him to see clearly
no matter what kind of weather or if it is smoke or dark and so on

Well, to find a devil fruit which suits to the captn is rather difficult. The gum-gum fruit is unbeatable.( cause it it must be fun and give combat power)...

the gum gum fruit is not unbeatable...

You don't see hawk eye with any devil fruit now do you. No you don't.

If they were all devil fruit users, and their ship blew up, they would all die no matter how strong they are.

Unless you were the Ice Admiral and you would turn the ocean to Ice using Ice Age.

Look at the topic of this forum. When I said that the gum-gum fruit is unbeatible i did not mean unbeatable in combat, i did just want to say that if you want to create a funny but strong captn who is a df user, then i know no better matching df than the gum-gum(quite a compliment for oda.)

In addition i never wanted to say that all heroes should have a df, i am just interested in your opinion what df would suit best to:

Anybody has an idea of a df that can give you as funny attacks as the gum-gum and still makes you a good fist-fighter?
