okay here is my theory. Orochimaru joined the Akatsuki and saw how great itachi's eyes were. so he wanted itachi's new body.but as time passed orochimaru fell in love with itachi and was not able to take his body. orochimaru confesses his love to itachi, but he refusues oro. so oro becomes angry and looks for sasuke, in order to take his body and use him to kill itachi. cause oro wants revenge against itachi, cause itachi rejected him.
but wait! this is all a coverup cause itachi wants oro to train sasuke since he is so weak and all that. he knows that oro can make the evil in sasuke grow. itachi wants sasuke to grow strong cause itachi wants sasuke's body!!! Since itachi's eyes have gone worse, he wants to use sasuke's body in order to gain his eyes. and oro is helpin him cause then they will both end up happily ever after. or thats what oro thinks!
