Thread: If the red eyes of kyuubi/naruto were a dojutsu what would it be?

This thread is about making up new dojutu's while siting the weaknesses of the old ones. I also believe that Kyuubi has a dojutsu. Unfurtunately at the current trend of tenant to host power transfer, it would probably burn naruto's sockets and cause his head to explode. Cool.

While each dojutsu has strengths and they have weaknesses as well. (or they weaken the the user through dependancy or inflict damage)

The sharingan
The user becomes extremely dependant on their eyes and there reaction time without the sharingan is slow.
Kakashi chidori is still incomplete and it can only be used in conjunction with a dojutsu.
Not a single sharingan user to date has ever truly come up with something new (just combine the old stuff. Susuke's lion combo is the combination of the fighting used against kakashi for the bells along with the part of Lee's initial lotus.) Kakashi got the sharingan after he created chidori. these facts become moot after Kakashi gaiden. Itachi mangekyou jutsu's or Shishui's abilities may or may not be found in the scroll's of the Uchiha clan (I'll just let that float for now) The sharingan promotes laziness.

Bakyugan has a few weakness such as not truly giving 360 sight, not being able to see through the earth (it may take more energy just like seeing the opening points), and not being able to distinguish between kage bunshin.

I'm begining to wonder if kage is an element. In kitsune lore, the kitune can create genjutu's that look real (kage bunshin) and have an affinity for fire (kyuubi's burning chakra). At rate things are going Naruto may become a humanoid kitsune that gets chased around the village by fangirls, angry fathers, and the old kyuubi haters or he makes a deal with kyuubi (feed me souls), or he gives his all in one climactic battle to save the village(the tragedy. Kakashi: I guess you did get your name on this stone), or he fuses with kyuubi and travels the world kicking ass or .. (I can really go all day with this but I really prefer the first scenario. hmm maybe another thread is needed)

(beginning to wonder if Orochimaru's reason for being in Akatsuki was to alter human bodies to accept the byuuji example: kisame and venus flytrap dude. hmm must start another thread)

In the 9 tail beast compilation it states that kyuubi has infinite vision. Does anyone want to venutre a guess at what that is. It may or may not have sharingan or bakyugan qualities (seeing every detail as well as being able to see through stuff. it may be all the lower abilities combined) that's what this thread is for. (I think.)

Those red eyes are there for a reason and they most do something besides making people crap in their pants. (Though that sounds like fun. Give regular people the evil eye and they run screaming.)

I don't think that the kyuubi has a doujutsu. I don't think it needs one. It seems like the bijuu are just overpowered and crush their enemies using strength and chakra alone. They have unique attacks, but so far I think they've all been power-based. The red eye thing may just be its...demonic aura, or something like that. Your theory is interesting, though.

I agree with your thoughts on the weaknesses of the byakugan and sharingan. I think the sharingan in particular does promote laziness. After all, even though Kakashi supposedly knows over a thousand different jutsu, does he ever use them? No. Other than the chidori and his summon dogs, which he's only used once, he always resorts to using his sharingan. And so does Itachi, which he's paying for now from the looks of things.

Edit - I forgot to point out that Sasuke seems to be the exception. He doesn't always rely on the sharingan, and actually works to learn jutsu. Such as the chidori, and his fire jutsu. He also has some cool moments using taijutsu. Then he started to rely on the curse seal, though...

ecchisama the main reason I made this thread is to theorize about a dojutsu, reason I read in the compilation of the 9 tail beasts that kyuubi has infinite vision, now what is infinite vision (it might be a typo but I assume that it is real) If you have nothing to add to this besides saying this thread is stupid please do not post again.

It's never been brought up before, that I'm aware of. It's just that people like to discuss the doujutsu featured in the manga a lot, and Cold-NiTe loves it when they do. Oh trust me, he enjoys it. Can't get enough of it. (Um, no, I'm just poking fun at him because I can. It really doesn't have anything to do with you or your theory, it's just me. I think ecchisama is posting like that because, from what I've seen, he responds to most theories that way. Don't take it personally.)

I think you're taking a good approach, picking up on a detail like that. I'm not sure what infinite vision would mean. It doesn't necessarily have to mean a doujutsu, though. Gaara has that sand eye jutsu he uses, and that has nothing to do with a bloodline, or even his real eyes. Maybe there's a better explanation of "infinite" floating around somewhere? Because that could really mean anything by itself. It could mean that the kyuubi is immune to things that would normally blind people, or that it can see for long distances, or that it can see the outcome of the events that are currently taking place beforehand, or that it can predict what its opponent is going to do next, etc. Any number of things. I suspect it's not something that lets it copy moves like the sharingan does, though. That would be kind of useless for a giant fox demon that lacks opposable thumbs, in my opinion.

dark mousy, u should not have stated sharingan or byakugan in this thread because then the doujutsu battle will start in this thread like the rest of the doujutsu battle infested threads.

I don't think that Naruto would ever get any kind of this dojutsu but umm, if it ever was something like a Sharingan/Byakugan put together that would SUCK. Wow so original

Maybe the Kyuubi can make "dolls" out of Chakra or Kage like you stated before, and then send them off into the distance? They could be his "eyes and infinite vision".

God damnit! Why do all the good bloodlines have to be Eye Bloodlines. Why can't we have more variety. Everyone assumes the cool ones need to be doujutsu. Aaahh it kills me. What's worse is that this had to occur after 'Orange Sharingan'.
