Well judging by her giant slug she can be healed. The slug said I can put you back together, but instead Tsuande said focus on the other people.

lol.... and the rocks around them are still falling even though they haven't move for a few chapters... or are they floating...

katsuyu can put separated body parts back together... but from what tsunade said i think we wouldn't see him any longer

Which actually after re-reading that particular chapter brings up a question. What do Madara and Obito need Sasuke for? Cause Obito specifically says that Naruto was supposed to be a pawn to stimulate Sasuke, which means that he's in their plan somewhere
