You would think so. And thanks everyone for pointing out that Tsunade was split in half. I couldn't tell. I saw the legs but didn't put it together. How would it split her body so far apart? Wouldn't her legs be under the tree branch?

If the branch started out small, then grew it would do that. Essentially that'd mean she was pulled apart.....which is worse than being cut apart. Waaaaaayyy less clean.


Well.....I'm betting that Naruto Will go Demon Sage and start controlling plants and ish. Wost case scenario, he somehow gets his hands o a spacetime jutsu or, god forbid, one of those broken eye techs.

Mid-case-scenario: Naruto's Demon Sage chakra somehow interacts with Madaras plant jutsu's and/or he gets the other half of the ninetails chakra, and/or he somehow absorbs the other beast.

Well crap it all sounds bad....

A possible explanation for the fan absorbing could be that Madara was using an ability of the paths (chakra absorbtion).....or its a random ancient/legendary weapon that is just now being explained.

@Neo Dravidian: thanks, I forgot with all this that Madara could absorb chakra with his Rinnegan ability.
And Madara supposedly can nullify Kyubi's chakra as well as far as we know.

They're in dire straits, Naruto's clone has vanished. And so easily.

Oro must be jealous, Madara trained Obito far far far more efficiently than he did with Sasuke.

Isn't there supposed to be a huge army of ninja heading towards where all this stuff is happening? 99% of those guys are going to get slaughtered right off the bat if not all of them by Madara and Obito. Unless Kishi uses them to pull some Dragon Ball Z move and they all give Naruto their chakra or somce crap like that.

I guess it is safe to say Sasuke will be showing up soon, judging by the statement the strongest have shown up. Someone is going to need to help fight Madra, bee is not it. If Sasuke shows up him and Naruto will fight Madra. Bee, Gai, and Kakashi fight Obito. DAMN Tsunade was cut in half DAMN.

I didn't notice Tsunade was pulled in half until someone mentioned it. Even counting Oro's craziness, that is probably the most gruesome damage ever incurred to an important character in the series. Doesn't help either that Tsunade is generally a very well-liked character, and (once) quite good-looking.

I'm actually pretty surprised that so many of you are disappointed that the Uchihas are at the center of it all. Who did you expect to be the main bad guy, Oro?? Madara has clearly been the main bad guy in name ever since the Sasuke vs Itachi battle, and in reality the moment he mentioned Nagato after getting revived. And, although I'm not personally happy to see him murdering Tsunade and Gaara, I'm very happy that he's so hella powerful and FINALLY making this war look like the gruesome Hell-on-Earth it was supposed to be. Besides, depending on how he'll be dealt with, having such an overpowered enemy to overcome tends to be more interesting that someone who is only so-so.

And as someone said, he can already absorb chakra with his Rinnegan, using the fan at that time was probably just a way to extend that ability into a giant shield of sorts to protect Obito too.

Sasuke should not be showing up anytime soon to help seeing as how he is with Orochi. Its weird....but Madara alone would really be enough to take on both Bee and Naruto. Uncle Bee's time could be coming to an end here pretty soon guys. Now that Obito* has been revealed to be nothing more than the vengeful bitch pawn to the true mastermind look how his swag is going to get depowered and Kakashi and Gai may actually be enough to take him down now that his mystique is somewhat gone.

And what was up with Madara talking to obito's hand like it was alive? Looks like Zetsu may he higher up the peeking order in the grand scheme of things afterall.

Well.....white Zetsu does look a lot like tobi. Especially when the black one isnt connected.
