I think what's going to make the fight between Sasuke and Naruto more even, is the fact that Sasuke can control the ninetails and supress it's chakra, like when they first met up again at Orochimaru's base. It's been so long since that was shown, that people probably forgot that he could do that. That's the only way I see him being able to fight toe to toe with the new Naruto.
I don't see him being able to control the kyuubi otherwise Masked Man would have done that while Naruto was fighting the other bijuus
Edit: control the kyuubi while Naruto is in control.

Umm... that sucks. I hope there's other places out there that we can still view the series...
chapters out but not worth reading. its all about sasuke related things. had no build up effect on me honestly.
