I haven't seen it before. A rare live action anime rendition that didn't leave me banging my head on the table. Not bad.
The effects were pretty awesome for the grade of 'film' it was. The naruto clones were kinda funny, could totally tell they were just body doubles, but what can you say? It was still pretty kick ass. I, too, haven't seen it before.
