Well, that would be the case if they were only normal bodies, but they are Tenseis. He can probably control them anyway (and if not directly, then by controling the Bijuu in them? Or probably just throught the Rinnegan ^^).

Where is the One-tail during all this? We know where 8 and 9 are, and 2 through 7 are there fighting Bee and Naruto, but umm... the hell is Ichibi? Did Tobi become a Jinchuriki with the Ichibi?? Hmm...

Well maybe. But Ichi don't have a jinchuu, gaara's alive, we don't know when there was a jinchuu before, and maybe all of them really were "eaten" in their sllep, leaving no trace behind

If Tobi became the Jinchu, I doubt he'd be able to perform the ceremony to get the one-tails out of himself while it's being taken out of himself. Not even considering the fact that he'd die once it was over.
