Anyway, I'm almost gonna have to roll with that Nagato kills Itachi, that or Itachi heads off on his own to find Sasuke or Kabuto-maru and end this Edo Tensei madness, which then returns him to the after-life.

Well I was fucking owned. Itachi actually came back, but hopefully not for long.
Anyways, some ranting: Wtf, why didn't Itachi just use that Genjutsu in the Uchiha battle?? 10 Years to re-activation? You're fucking telling me it the timer just happened to be at 9 years, 11 months or less when they fought? That is such a poor, arbitrary excuse.
And if Nagato could just take peoples lifeforce like that to revive himself, why the fuck didn't he when he was still a cold-blooded idealist? Karen couldn't secure him a sacrifice during the attack on Konoha? Even if he needed Bijuu chakra to do it, he couldn't borrow some from those he already captured?
Itachi didn't use the Koto Amatsukami because it doesn't work against Sasuke during their fight. It works against Mangekyou which Sasuke didn't have. It could also be possible that it triggers to his (Itachi) eyes, which I believe to be the most possible case. Itachi prepared the crow in the possibility that Sasuke would choose to destroy Konoha with his (Itachi) eyes.
As for Nagato and his sudden hair color return, it might have something to do with syncing with Gedo Mazo. He might have been unable to do it because of the Gedo Mazo rods.
As epic and awesome as the chapter was I will call bullshit on the fact that a crow can have a Manyekyou sharingan. Even if we ignore the fact that a sharingan just woulden't go in a crow from the Narutoverse standpoint theres no way in hell a crow has the chakra to activate a genjutsu so powerful it takes a whole fukn decade to charge up! I remind you a brief use of a non-uchiha of a regular sharingan like Kakashi left him immobilized for a week and later the manyekyou left him out of play for a month yet a small crow can use the god of all genjutsu and be alright? BULLSHIT I SAY

What will happen to the crow anyway? And more importantly, to Shisui´s eye? If Kabuto gets it, he might be able to somehow activate it again, even with that limit?!
Damn, this might get to be my favorite Naruto arc!!! (or it ties with the Konoho invasion arc!)
There's no way that Danzo can use it on someone that doesn't even have a Sharingan but Itachi can't. KB himself asked why Itachi didn't use it on Sasuke long ago before Itachi gave the BS 10 years rule.Quote:
