I just hope that Mifune is at least as strong as the kages or I'm going to be dissapointed, seeing as how he's the leader of the samurais

hanzo's a poison user... didn't see that. Its starting to make slightly more sense in how he managed to beat the sanin so soundly in the 2nd war.
I've always wanted to see what Hanzo was all about with his salamander, now that answer (or dare I say 'part' of it) is because he uses it for it's poison cloud ability. Pretty useful technique seeing it in action. So he uses his breather for underwater ambushes and for the poison as well then. I bet Mifune will give him a run for his money. I dont expect the old Samurai to be as strong and versatile (technique wise) when compared to the Ninja Kages but seeing as how he's the leader of a country, that even the Ninja themselves are afriad to mess with, he should be a BAMF.
Kakuzu and Dan get no love. I am disappointed. D:
I liked this chapter, especially how Deidara wasn't forgotten. Lol at that. I am hoping that Mifune is going to kick Hanzo's butt and show off just how awesome a samurai can be in the ninja world.

I think you mean Hidan and not Deidara.
Mifune has to be badass to be the leader of a neutrally aligned armed force... but if he's neutral why is he fighting this war again?
^ Nah I think he did mean Deidara, you can hear him yelling from inside one of Kakuzu's puppets near the end of the chapter. Also, the samurai are neutral to all the ninja countries' conflicts, but this war obviously has consequences for the entire world.
Pretty good chapter again this week, Kishi is definitely on a roll. This war is turning out really good after all. Also, I really like that Izumo and Kotetsu get to show their stuff.
ghost transformation.... i'm guessing it's a jutsu that transform the user body into a ghost like state that make him immune to any type of attack and can move trough any type of barrier so he can kill as much as he want easily..... if so than i would say: damn it kishi stop copying others' manga.
