Why should this "forbidden word" thing even be a problem for a ninja in a battle? Shouldn't they be flipping out and decapitating people and not standing around talking? If I was Darui, I wouldn't be like "Oh no, what's my favourite word? I'd better concentrate on not saying it!", I'd just keep my mouth shut and fight. Problem solved!

weird though, if Samui didn't even say her word but still got sucked in anyways then whats stopping them from doing the same to Darui? Skip the silly game completely.

Wasn't it the Kinkaku special forces that eventually killed the 2nd when he was with Danzou and Sarutobi back in his hay day? If the brothers themselves didn't kill the 2nd then how did they end up dead in the first place? And which "era" was it that they tried to capture the Kyuubi? I remember that an elite group of cloud ninja kidnapped Kushina but thats about it. As unbelievable as their legend, being swallowed by the Kyuubi, may sound to Tsunade I believe it and if they were swallowed then regurgitated 2 weeks later than who the f**k was the Kyuubi's host at that time? The Kyuubi has always been bounded to a host, ever since the 1st's era, so how could they be swallowed and spit back out without the host knowing such? Unless of course it really IS a myth and the cloud came into possession of a tiny bit of Kyuubi chakra to inject in a human when they kidnapped Kushina?

Can someone put the cloud's historical events in chronological order as they coincide with the leaf's?

the 1st and 2nd hokage were brothers, so it is not too hard to imagine that Kumo tried to capture the kyubi before hashirama fought madara and the kyubi was sealed into its first host. If the brothers managed to kill the 2nd raikage in their coup but failed anyway, it would explain how they knew of the 3rd's power as well.
