Naruto Chp 523 Discussion/524 Predictions
We have Kakashi and his plan which came out of no where and just gives more reason to why he is also considered a genius (to bad it didn't work), and then Suigetsu talking about all of the swords and the swordsmen, at first the swords dont look like much and then you see the way each one is being used and it's just fu*ked up.
I want Suigetsu to reform a new 7 Swordsmen NOW!!

Damn that was a good chapter. All of the seven swords men are bamfers and use thier swords in unique ways. One of the best parts was learning that the Zabuza's sword isn't just a big piece of metal. It actually has a cool ability, just like the other swords. I concur with BF on this one. Suigetsu should get his hands on that scroll with all of the swords. Perhaps then he could become a true demon :P
Zabuza's sword's ability is interesting... but kinda underwhelming and unneccecary when you think about it. I mean, remember, what does it take to actually damage that thing for crying out loud. its useful when fighting against a large amount of opponents that might be able to damage it, but other than that it only serves to ensure that the owner will never have to bother taking it to the blacksmith so long as he's a homicidal psycho.
again, its an interesting ability, but really only useful for war like situations.
The sword has always been made out to kill several enemies in one swing. War situations aren't needed to damage that sword, any person can damage it especially if there a lightning user.
its not really the damaging bit I'm interested in as it is the question "when that ability is actually useful in the middle of a battle?" The answer: when there is A LOT of people available to take out with said sword, which is really only available in war like conditions or when he's against more than the standard number of opponents.
Agreed. Epic chapter is epic.
However, as awesome as the swordsmen are, I was pretty much disturbed by them at the same time. Especially with Kushimaru (Kushina and Oro's lovechild, anyone?). That guy is creepy and his "sword technique" is pretty much disturbing. Sewing people together into a ball? Holy fuuu~! O_O
On the other hand...Do you guys remember that fugly filler arc back in Part 1? With the super curry or whatever it was? Remember Raiga...? His swords were canon...But Kishi ditched his character. Pwned.
Unfortunately, Raiga might be a generation under Ringo just like Kisame was to Suikazan. But I'm all for ditching Raiga.
I also agree that Zabuza's sword isn't as amazing as the others... unless it turns out to be as alive as Samehada...
So by process of elimination Suigetsu's brother is the former wielder of the sword that the Mizukage's body guard has? I like the needle guy and the blast guy's sword the best.
I wonder how that summoning scroll really works though because it didn't summon Samehada and that chakra sword. It seems like it's only able to summon the swords that are not with a wielder since Samehada is with KB and the Chakra sword with the kid... but if thats the case then the others seats are still vacant?
"He is now declaring his words to the WORLD!"
It's pretty funny that guys who are masters of the silent kill have explosives and a chisel and hammer.
