somebody grab that scroll!!! (that look like a name list).... it look like kabuto didn't use any of his blood, which probably mean that these zombies are following that scroll's, or whomever have it, order...
but then again even when naruto use his blood to summon gamabunta, he didn't follow order at first..
anko went inside kabuto.... through the rear entrance *shock*
and somehow it's nice to see these two try and plan to backstabbed each other...
i think naruto should consider how kyuubi made his rasengan by using his tail.... he should also consider these tails can be used like arms
Something tells me that Kabuto lied when he said that "the technique poses no risk to the user at all". It is obvious to me that Kabuto simply doesn't wanna give away the secret, for fear of Madara. The most interesting thing about this chapter was the fact that both Kabuto and Madara know that they are going to betray eachother but they still cooperate somehow...
Good chapter. Kabuto has been around since the beginning of the manga basically. I think he has far more tricks up his sleeve than revealing how to do the resurrection technique to Madara. Plus, Madara backed him into a corner... explain the technique or die. There aren't many ninja left in the manga who could hear that from Madara and make a third option. Kabuto being the survivor he is gave him a little something.
Props to Madara for picking his spots though. He waited for most of Kabuto's strongest summons to get miles away before making his move.
I missed you, Ivanov. Welcome back.

Hmm... My points about this chapter are in two categories:
I) Kabuto and Edo Tensei:
While it's nice to see Edo Tensei is slightly less broken, it raises some new questions that require suspension of disbelief. I'd say they border on plot holes. Namely:
A)How could Kabuto have come across the DNA samples for all those ninjas?
-The Akatsuki's bodies were either vaporised(Deidara) or in the possession of Madara and the villages(Sasori, Kakuzu, Itachi, Nagato). Some have argued that maybe Orochimaru collected the DNA during his Akatsuki days, but from the gory example Kabuto showed it takes a lot more than just a fallen hair or drop of blood, and I doubt he even met all the Akatsuki face-to-face, let alone find the chance to cut flesh from their bodies.
-The former jinchuuriki were stripped of their Bijuu and dumped in the wilderness across the continent. It'd be quite a stretch for Kabuto to hunt down their bodies on his own in any reasonable timeframe.
-Celebrated ninjas like the Third Raikage, Fourth Kazekage, Chiyo, Asuma and Shin would have been buried with honour in their respective villages. There's no way Kabuto could have snuck into multiple villages and dug up their graves without being found out. At the very least there'd be a major uproar.
B)The question of Nagato's Rinnegan grows more convoluted. If Madara gave him those eyes, then how come his resurrected corpse still has them?
C)Kabuto claims that Jiraiya's body is in the ocean. Which sounds a little difficult to believe considering the Rain country is a long way from the coast. Like, at the centre of the continent.
At present all indications are that Naruto's 'Rasengan Bijuu ball' will end up like a Kamehameha. Note that it's too heavy for Naruto to move around, which would make it useless in combat unless it were a ranged technique.
Mostly I agree.

Hence Nagato would still have the Rinnegan, however overkill that may be (it also means, say, were Kakashi dead and subsequently revived, he wouldn't have the Sharingan).
Kabuto finding all that DNA really was a HUGE stretch for me - skilled as he is I'd expect that someone would've noticed all the grave-robbing he supposedly did...and after all that trouble, we're expected to believe that a few hundred feet of water is supposedly enough to deter him from getting at Jiraiya's body. Couldn't he ride a snake down to the bottom or something?
Ditto on Naruto's training. Actually, I don't care that much about it anymore...
No, it isn't.

i think people got too caught up in the amount of blood that is used on that scroll. kabuto only say a fixed amount of the dead person's body required, he never say how many... the way i see it the only reason why there so much blood on that panel is because the subject are still 'fresh' and there's 'a lot' lying around and so on and so on.
just imagine how much material he got from the previous kages already dead bodies... probably from pieces of bones... not much i think. unless their dead body are well preserved. just like what he say about danzo's eye and pains' weapons (there's not much there but he still say it as if he confident that he can made a zombie out if it... or i could be wrong on reading that part)
as for the huge amount of variety of his zombies, i could only say we should thanks orochi and his 'lab' that scattered around the world and kabuto's lone journey for that..
the alliance of this two are only exist as long as madara still got kabuto far away from sasuke and kabuto keep that jutsu secret from madara (probably that scroll of name list)...
imho kabuto is the perfect villain that exist till the very end... though i'm not sure that this manga will have and ending like that
ps: likewise sam.. i missed you all
Well, practically aside the ritual, no major issue was developed..(owh, someone already mention it)..
but for now we can say that Tobi most likely lying bout he was giving the rinnegan to Nagato and i thought that naruto in his "flame" form is "won't hurt"?
Oh wait I totally forgot Nagato had his Rinnegan implanted...sorry my bad :)
