Hmm ... One thing was cool: Kankurou summoning the Sasori puppet.
Another nice chapter with a epic Sai face.
Speaking about Sai, I never liked the fact that his brother got summoned because it was way too convenient. And now rushing to their conclusion without building up any suspense first just made that "convience" totally unnecessary. The only thing this proved was that Kabuto's jutsu is flawed.Quote:

Cool chapter, if only for the fighting sequences, but that's the anime's job. I always liked Kishi because he struck a median between Tite's rushed plot (*snicker*) progression and Oda's drawn out attention to detail. Even when he does pull off quick fights, he masks the rate by incorporating several instances into one, giving the illusion of an extended encounter. Single focus encounters are typically reserved for the big dogs. This week's chapter seems a little...cheap, much like the fall of Deidara and Sasori. Like 3 weeks' worth of content got jammed into one. Looks like Sai's brother got killed by a cliche brick, too.
Decent stuff, anyhow. Anxious to see what else is going on.
Which is good because if it wasn't then the shinobi alliance would be even more fu*ked, this also proves that Kabuto didn't know this weakness in the jutsu, he was planing on using emotions against them but this could backfire on him.Quote:

Ok. On a whole I enjoyed this chapter, I cant say thoroughly cause it had me going "wah" at the end but I enjoyed it. I enjoyed seeing all the ninja of the squad chip in and mesh their abilities together to compliment the strategy and dynamics of the team (Omoi and Kankuro's leadership get honorable mentions). Nice fighting and skill display took place and we finally got to see see Kankuro's Salamander in action, canon.
I wasn't too sure about why Sai's Brother's spirit was freed all of a sudden. Kabuto obviously isn't controlling him so is kishi trying to say when 1 of the Zombies has control of it's own body it has control of its soul so when they experience an emotion which puts them at ease it soothes their spirit and.... sets them free? If that be the case I kinda get that, it would good for Kabuto to control the good guys then. Keep them as mindless zombies or else they'll all get spirited away when they meet their loved ones like Sai. Shit Kishi had to do something to make those zombies beatable cause quite frankly Im glad we get to see them in action but they need to die sooner or later.
This is why we want these Konoha Kids to experience war cause only war can bring out the adult in the youth. Fricken Omoi stepped up to the plate, Kankuro showed so much leadership skill and judgement and not to mention Sai's "Im gonna fuck you hard" face!! GD!! Cant wait for the other l"WTF war moments" the other kiddies will have.

I'm hoping Kabuto does know about the "flaw" because if he does then that would confirm my suspicion he designed those resurrected by his jutsu to fail when his sudden but inevitable betrayal of Madara kicks in.Quote:
