Funny thing though...if Jiraiya isn't in the undead army...he might not be dead after all...I would really like that. Jiraya was the one character I didn't want to see killed off in the story. It pissed me off when
Kishi killed him off.

Also wonder if Kabuto tried to bring Hidan back. I bet he's still alive. Buried. Cursing. Wonder why Zetzu and Madara can't get him or something.

Sad to think that Kabuto still has the 6th Path Sage as his backup.

But I like how one of the central themes of Naruto will be played out like this. Old generation vs New generation, battle royal style.

That blew me away. It was timed perfectly for the holiday season as well. Kishi should have 2-3 good weeks to work on this story. Can not wait

I think they will/should, have their previous tailed beast, because the beast only dies if its host dies (while the Bijuu is within their host) but once extracted they will still be alive, although the host will not be. In other words Madara has a couple Bijuus without host and we knew he planned on using them in this war anyways so chances are he'll just put them back in their previous host's body to use their power.

I see what you are saying about the plot holes that will ensue Divine. Madara is benefiting from Kabuto way more than I though he would but more than likely kishi revived those guys to be the counterweights for the Alliance's Generals, Captains etc. Having someone like Deidara (who can practically use a Nuke and end/wipe out everyone) means that he'll save people like that for big boss fights against opponents of their caliber rather than have them mingle with the Zetsu crowd. It looks fishy, and an obvious last ditch effort on Kishi's part, but Madara's roster was pitiful.

The more I look at it the more Madara looks like a fool because before Kabuto was onboard he was Marching into war with a Zetsu army (that wasn't even powered up), Sasuke and 7 Bijuus. Kabuto is his MVP, but could also be Madara's greatest downfall cause if he has a change of heart he hold the key to not only Madara's secret but also the fail safe to wither Madara's entire army to nothing.

P.S: For reals Kira, its retarded how Kabuto got his hands on all those juicy corpses from far and wide, old and new but he cant even find Hidans head buried under the ground, lol.

Wow. EPIC chapter. This war was looking like shenanigans until now, I can't believe Kishi is actually pulling it off.

- Something worst? What's stopping Kabuchimaru from continually reviving these dead people? All he needs is retrieval of ashes or some sort of crack plot to continually produce more and more of the dead Ninjas.

Kishi shoulda taken another week to plan more instead of more Edp Tensei spam. It's just like putting a boo-boo band aid on a serious plot hole, hoping to appeal to the masses by giving people their favorite characters in action again. Ya, it's superficially pretty, but if you think about the plothole instead of ignoring it then this manga becomes Bleach.

I agree. Kabuto just broke the plausibility meter with all the Edo Tensei he used. I mean, just the 4 or 5 in the beginning were somewhat believable but now we're expected to believe he managed to get the remains of ALL those ninja?? Talk about freaking ridiculous. Plus I thought ninjas usually erased all traces of their dead comrades to prevent the enemy from extracting info or other things for them - situations like THIS precisely make that a whole lot more important.

While I do agree that it made the chapter kinda epic, and that it set up a few interesting possibilities (seeing the former Jinchuuriki will be cool, though how powerful they'll be, who knows) it feels like Kishi's just spamming this for the sake of the largeness of the scale. It's like a lame fantasy book. He's trying to make EVERYTHING happen it seems and it's just too much. Sounds like lazy writing to me.

my guess is that there was some kind of limit with edo tensei when it was originally made regarding how many people could be summoned at once... and kabuto just simply broke it horrifically.

Also quick note, kabuto swore not to use the poison stuff on the zetsu, but he never said anything about not using it on the hashirama clone...

And I think the Deus Ex Machina/Madara´s downfall WILL have to do something with Kabuto...
If he gets killed he won´t be able to spam those Zombies anymore, if he betrays Madara, then, well, we´ll have a battle royale...

This chapter only compounds how stupid the last two chapters were, why have Naruto do that STUPID S rank mission when he could of just been training with KB???? I wonder could Kakashi and the cougar kage perhaps hook up. SMILE. Very interesting the division breakdown makes so much sense I am surprised, kishi take a week off more often. At first I thought Gai should be his own general but he is really only close range. On the other hand isn't Chouji close/mid range? Hmm ending was meh to me, this is the problem with Kaboro, he can just revive anyone at will. How do I get invested knowing death isn't permanent anymore. There should be a limit to how many he can bring back and how long. Basically why not bring back the creator of the ninja world, he'll just look through the bingo book and pick out deceased S rank ninjas. Then Madra and Kaboro could watch the whole thing sipping lemonade and playing checkers.

well there is the possibilities that someone, possibly tsunade or kakashi, kill kabuchimaru in the middle of the band vs the undead fight... the jutsu will cenceled out when the user die right?

u should see it this way.. the last two chapter were made to be very low so all the reader can see this one to be more awesome then it suppose to be...

btw is the b&w zetsu job is to babysit sasuke??? i was hoping for him to be in the battlefield... and since sasuke is not done yet, i don't think we will see naruto to be in the battlefield soon. they probably gonna take part at the near end of the battle. meaning for the next hundreds chapters there probably less naruto & sasuke
