Why does Madara have only one eyehole when he has two normal eyes. He just whips it out for Izangi out of nowhere and now he's back to status quo

dun forget he has tons of uchiha eyes on standby waiting for him to replace

Maybe he has a habit of using Izanagi with his left eye quite often, and he uses the mask to hide it in order to give himself a psychological advantage over his enemies? That could also be how he seems to regenerate his limbs so often. He has a warehouse of spare eyes, so why not?

Has it been confirmed that Izanagi blinds the user when he has EMS? I haven't read it somewhere. Is it just an assumption of yours?

You are absolutely right. I just confirmed it. So the eternal mangekyo is only eternal when it comes to Tsukiyomi, Amaterasu and Susanô (out of the techniques we know of).
