Yet another good chapter. And I think Minato really proves his skill this time.

Still I feel like it's such a waste, for Minato and Kushina to suddenly just die...within the space of less than a day of all this happening. But I do suppose there's really no other way to prevent the Kyuubi from just wandering off again, which would screw with the power balance, not to mention leave it free for Madara to control again.

When I saw Kurenai's dad I was kinda shocked for a moment, thought it was a Rinnegan. Hey, we haven't seen Kurenai and her eyes for awhile.

Nice chapter...And the cover is just too cool, with Kushina´s 9Tails hair and all =D

Madara was acting very weird- he got owned without using any Sharingan jutsus...this makes me even more suspicious. But is was a good chapter.

When has he ever used sharingan abilities except for control of the Kyuubi and warping, the 1st kicked his ass and he had the EMS back then and now the 4th done the same.

It seems to me he was never a shell of his former self, more like he has all was just sucked. In the uchiha he might have been the best but when other ninja come into the mix he was just a failer and for that he's acting like a little baby not getting what he wants.

He keeps talking about how much doors or other plans he has left upon his sleeves

That's totally not sexist as hell. They have plenty of other people to do the birthing, she's a fucking ninja. Kishimoto's treament of female characters for the most part is still a joke.

As someone said its not soo much sexist but just for the sake of continuing the bloodline. Ninja's are all about their heritage and continuing the cycle so its natural for her dad, granddad?, to say that.

True he hasn't really used much sharingan abilities but then again refresh your memory on what sharingan abilities are in the first place. No doubt in my mind he reads fast movements good and he used his eye to tell that Danzou's underling had mini bugs. All the sharingan does for its user is gives them awesome perception, which Madara has quite a fair amount of since he has his sharingan activated all the time. He hasn't used Genjutsu thought and in hindsight he's probably wishing he did against the 4th, lmao. Madara's true abilities are still a mystery but the one he hax right now, the warping, is enough to handle the majority of people in the Naruto world today. I'm intrigued to know if Madara had this ability the time he fought the 1st. Cause if he did and the first managed to beat him (without super speed or nothing) then either Madara wasn't as good as we though him to be or the 1st was just ungodly beasty!


This was another good chapter! Gamabunta has a thing for stomping on Canines doesn't he, lmao. And was that little Asuma sensei that told Kurenai to calm down? It looks like him, his tough jaw line an all.

And yea Bledge that could be the case, that Madara needs Zetsu for that purpose as well. His body oozes just like Zetsu's when injured.

Really good chapter, now I want to know the thoughts of Sarutobi when Minato and Kushina dies while sealing the 9-tail inside Naruto <3

Well, u still have to give him props for fighting 2 of the most powerfull ninjas in the history of the Naruto world.

not a bad chapter I guess. The kurenai grandfather thing annoys me too, but for a different reason. It's all too referential to the present. You could tell that Kishi wrote that since Kurenai is pregnant in the present. But that's way too contrived to be realistic. He might as well say that he wants her to have it with a saratobi too, and get some guy who can control shadows to be his mentor.

And well, I think the entire chapter suffers somewhat from the same thing. You can tell that this was devised after Kishi wrote the story from the present, so instead of the story feeling like it naturally takes place, it's more like predictable explanation of point A leading to point B.

It's not realistic for Minato to see Madara and then make up his mind on the spot that he needs to sacrifice everything for his son.. because he now thinks his son is the destined child? Why? Just because Jiraiya said that Minato might be the destined child? How does Minato know that Jiraiya will train Naruto? The best explanation we get is Minato saying "I just know it". Bit of a cop-out IMO

The main thing I'm curious about is why Jinchuriki's cant use the dead demon seal...
