Thread: Naruto Chp 501 Discussion/502 Predictions

He actually isn't that skilled in taijutsu, he is average at it. All his skills need to be improved on, probably train to get faster in taijutsu and learn to break genjutsu's.

OK chapter..up till now the only I can see is Minato is a Jumper..the thing that kushina survive after kyuubi ripped form her hinting that juubi may emerge and combination of naruto-sasuke to stop it will realize later..either before or after defeating madara tho..

anyway, let's predict..akatsuki + kabuto against good guys..
1. Madara aka Tobi - Naruto and Sasuke
2. Kisame - KB and the gang
3. Zetsu - I wish shikamaru (so we can understand more of his weird spora jutsu)
4. Kabuto - Sasuke and Naruto (seems likely)..why did kabuto not resurrect orochimaru instead??

ps: the good part is itachi's wrinkles..the same method as to why kishi put whiskers on baby naruto..lol

No one ever said he lost his left eye... he just wears a mask that only shows his right eye.

Naruto is done with training as soon as this part is over and he gains full control of the Kyuubi. People are saying he needs more jutsus, but his fighting style doesn't warrant more than a probably a couple of defensive ones (most notably Jiraiya's hair jutsus or whatever). He's a brawler plain and simple, he'll go in with his clones one by one and where you down until he pulls out a plan and hits you with a Rasengan variation.

What he/we know of his fighting capabilities (from watching the Pain fight), and add whatever you see the Kyuubi doing whenever Naruto let it out to play. And you guys are saying that Naruto needs more Jutsus? No he just needs to hone the skills that he has more (specifically his speed and further refine his taijutsu).

I need to be entertained with this manga. If Naruto doesn't have anything new in his arsenal, nothing fancy, nothing creative, then what the heck, I guess plot twists and fireworks from the enemy should suffice.

I hope next chap brings more insight on Itachi.

Indeed, you're right, and it's only an assumption. But what would be the reason for hiding his left eye then, if it's not "broken"?

imho, for the current arc, it'll be

1. Madara vs Naruto.... a "madara vs minato" sequel

2. Kisame vs KB.... "the shark vs octopus round 2"

3. Zetsu vs yamato... "when plants gone wild"

4. Kabuto vs tsunade... "the necromancer vs the healer"

5. sasuke & co vs the konoha's young.... (just think of it as draco malfoy and gang vs the D.A. w/o harry)

Had overlooked this for some time, but do you guys think we'll see Minato's variation of Sage Mode in the next chapter?

There wasn't any indication that he was a sage, but enough parallels have been drawn to hint at the possibility. In any case, it would be awesome and perhaps he'll show us what's to come with Naruto.

How come no one ever counts Naruto's ingenuity and innovative strategies in battle as a technique? Sage Mode, Kagebunshin combinations or by themselves are really effective.

well i personally want to see Naruto go into something with a pre-formulated plan for once, like the 4th Hokage plans with his seals ....or atleast notice weaknesses by himself in a fight like Kakashi and Sasuke does ..
