Just when I was in the middle of Jojo Bizarre adventure.
Naruto came out!

This is gonna be put in my favorite pile.

Naruto really does take after his mother, she's just as crazy as him or is that the other way around LOL.

guess the stupid/awesomeness comes from the mom side.

Yellow + Red = Orange!

I'm with, BF this is a classic. No matter how serious most of you guys take this manga and no matter how much you bash Kishi for his writing, it is moments like this that I really just enjoy reading this manga. There were two classic scenes in this one:

1) Kushina smacks her son for guessing wrong
2) "The Orange Hokage"

It gets no better than that. That line trumps it all. Great back story too and for the fact that the 9 tails recognizes her chakra personally says something of how strong she was. Kind of like he knew Madara. Well can't wait for next week. Great chapter. Oh yeah can't forget a red headed Naruto. Wow who would have thought of that one. Pure classic.

This is actually an awesome chapter despite nothing really happening with Naruto's training. I mean, so many good things in this one.

- Young Minato (who looks super badass in some way)
- Kushina's Naruto-like personality (or is it the other way round?)
- Naruto with flat red hair (it actually looks pretty cool too)
- Red Bloody Habanero
- Kushina hitting Naruto
- and just about everything else.

I wonder what's so special about her chakra though?

Her chakra might have the ability to suppress or neutralize others.

If the fourth isn't related to the First then perhaps Kushina is related to the First's bloodline somehow.

If she's a descendant maybe her chakra can suppress the kyuubi enough. Or maybe it's something new entirely.

whatever her chakra's power is, its bound to be some kind of plot device later on... and hopefully it will enable Naruto to have a wider skill range after the training. Kyuubi's power is nice and all, but theres only so many rasengan's this manga can take.

Kushina already stated that she came from outside Konoha.
