Meh chapter was kind of lame to me, I kept getting distracted with old Transformers cartoon.

This chapter wasn't that special but it's a precursor to the real deal next week!! I cant see Naruto overpowering and whooping the shit out of the fox on his own, so this part of his training is totally up in the air. Hopefully Kishi gives us flashbacks of KBee fighting the Hachibi back in the day when he was young.

I guess Motoi san is reporting back to the Raikage that Naruto's bout to start his serious training, so get his high caliber Bijuu catching team ready in case that shit goes berzerk. hahaha.

as long as stuff gets done and the plot line doesn't get mysteriously transformed into a shojo rewrite, I don't really care that much. Give me lots of major epic battles, minor amounts of characters acting like whiny brats, and almost no mention of Sasuke and I am good... oh... and some god damn resolution on the Naruhina thing. Seriously, right now, I'm not complaining as a fan of the pairing, i'm complaining because it's just bad form to leave something like that hanging for so god damn long.

Well we can't forget that Kisame is still there so an interruption could be in the works. He may lie dormant but he could also try and attack while Naruto is weakened. Just a thought.

This chapter was unexpectedly nice even when (again) nothing much happened. I liked Naruto's approach even if it was somewhat expected. And now we get to the REAL training. I like that Kishimoto seems to want to get it over with quickly(though others are bitching that it's too quick) so he can turn his attention to the war.

I liked the chapter.
It opened rooms for good big fights.

I agree with Witcher, Kishi seems to increase the pace to end up the story soon, it's a good rythm imo.

I have a question. Is Yamato allowed to come across the waterfall, or not?

^ Well Yamato just got permission from KBee to enter. Tenzo is pretty much Naruto's bodyguard and the only one from Konoha that could remotely come anywhere close to being able to handle a Kyuubi naruto so it seems like he got special permission from the Hokage and Raikage to have extra freedom when it comes to Naruto's movements as they are in foreign land.

Lets hope to see a Hachibi vs Kyuubi monster brawl. A fight like that would be entertaining, short and should be filled with commentary. If this training follows suit to the rest of naruto's training though he'll be at this for at least 3-4 days.
