ibelieve that samehada will be naruto's weapon after the training arc. his chakra should be more appealing to the sword. also bee already has his own eight swords that he can use for combat. maybe he'll give naruto samehada which may also help him with kyuubi's chakra. it may also be able to store extra chakra to give naruto when needed. who knows maybe samehada can help him draw out sage chakra and store it for him instead of him having to leave clones at myoboku mountain... who knows.... it would be great for naruto to have that killer sword as his own.... **goes into a corner to pray... please kishi, please**

I like this idea. PLus since Samehada seems aquatic it may have some water based abilities too. AND maybe, just maybe, Naruto can use Samehada's scales like little tuning forks.....for genjutsu

he could just well you know. . talk to the kyuubi about Madara, i mean hes got a 100000000year old source of information.. . . . . .. .

that would be interesting but I guess that wont happen for the sake of the readers and kishi milking the franchise as long as he can (but at least he isnt as obvious about it like KT is with bleaghhh)

Exactly right. All this time the Kyuubi has been portrayed as naruto's worst enemy but in reality its just as helpless and petty as a petulant child. Naruto owns the Kyuubi and has the power to put it in time out when its acting up. It always acts tough but theres time, like you've mention, when the bijuu's true dependence on Naruto has been shown.

He was *always* portrayed as an evil character by EVERYONE, including himself. The 4th Hokage himself appeared in the main plot just to give the Nine Tails a "Fuck you" not to fuck over Konoha.

Well... the Kyuubi DOES want naruto dead but only if it's the one doing the killing (by currupting and taking over his soul with it's chakra. If naruto dies by any other means besides the Kyuubi itself then the bijuu also goes with him. Thats why he's been "protecting" naruto all this time by pumping him with chakra when in a pinch (with hopes that he loses his mind as well).

True the Bijuu isn't a friendly critter, and is more viscious than a pitbull with rabies, but the attacks on Konoha have all been as a result of it being manipulated.

The Kyuubi wouldn't have to be "friendly" with naruto per say but just like these illustration suggest. Right now naruto is playing tug of war with his bijuu, and is immature and incapable of controlling that much power (not to mention the Kyuubi is a mean mofo) so its only fair why the Kyuubi is wanting to gtfo and trick this lil kid into losing his mind, cause its easier to manipulate a child. But once naruto gets more serious and filters out the Kyuubi's malice, which would be a tough order since thats all the Kyuubi is comprised of, then whether the Kyuubi likes it or not he'll be naruto's bitch cause he wouldn't be able to overwhelm naruto the way he did when he was younger. When Naruto needs his chakra then it'll mean that he's in a life and death situation and knowing that the bijuu would have 2 choices; 1) reluctantly provide it's host with chakra as a means of self preservation or 2) DONT give said host chakra and risk them dying in battle, which would mean that the bijuu pretty much decided to commit suicide since they share a symbiotic relationship. So in the end the Kyuubi and Naruto WILL not be buddy buddy like KB is with his but if naruto's training is successful it will have to submit to naruto's will. We know it will happen cause that frog said it himself "The only way to truly control the 9tails is for its host to have a strong will and a mind without hatred. This could be why Kishi has been making naruto turn to quite the Ghandi for the past year or so. He's trying to complete wipe the anger from Naruto for this exact reason.

Weeelllll... maybe... but Samehada doesn't seem like the type of main weapon a pacifist shounen Protagonist would wield. Kishi could go with a staff cause thats what Goku had (and we all know how he's openly expressed his influenced by DBZ). And if he goes with a staff it would be similar to Aang from Avatar (wind abilities included). The idea of Samehada absorbing Nature Chakra for him is pretty good though.



Hopefully Kishi gives us a history on KB and Hachi from when they first met. Chances are KB went through the same shit naruto did but through riguorous training with his beast then a couple years of being together their relationship flourished to what it is today. If/when naruto learns to control the KB they ent gonna be friends anytime soon but I bet if they live together as much as KB and Hachi did till now (providing Bee really did get the Hachibi at a young age) then their relationship would change for the better.

it would be great if someone like kakashi could wield samehada, it would give him much needed chakra used to power his MS.. But that's an impossibility, since it's been established that the samehada only likes those with a lot of chakra in the first place.

Sort of off topic, but I think i realise why I don't like the character Naruto anymore (other than for his latest retarded actions), the guy is so predictable and boring now. As a kid, he was unpredictable, brash and entertaining. It's kind of similar to what happened to Goku pre-and post timeskip.

^I agree I think this is more likely to happen than a "dirrect" training session. But I also don't see Naruto materializing the Kyuubi like Bee or Garra... I think Kishi is going somewhere else with this, I mean imagine Naruto being able to use the "Kyuubi Cannon" thing at will... It would be way too bad-ass and therefore Kishi won't allow it in my opinion.

The only thing I have to say about this chapter is that I'm not sure all the comic relief in the upcoming chapters will help redeeming Kishimoto. I bet it will be stupid.
