i was afraid that would be brought up again if it was Madara's real body in the casket. Like maybe as long as nothing happens to the body he can move around without his body and use others which is why Kabuto had a major thing to hold over his head. Madara might be strong but his actual body would be defenseless

This chapter was really boring to be frank. Many of us already guessed that if Naruto didn't have the Kyuubi's full strength, he wouldn't be able to go far against an eternal MS Sasuke.

Though seriously... Edo Tensei is making Kabuchimaru into a god. Which asks the big question, why the hell didn't Orochimaru plan and do what he's doing now when he first invaded Konoha? If he had like even half of the people that Kabuchimaru has now, there wouldn't have been anyway Konoha would've won.

Ah. It's been a long time since one of Kishi's chapters left me with a good feeling...

1)Kabuto's plan remains dodgy to me. Why should he do all the work for Madara's plan just for a shot at Sasuke? Especially considering Sasuke's probably recuperating from his transplant in the same hideout?

Well, at least Kishi finally remembered Anko's existence. One would wonder how she's so up-to-date on Konoha intel(like Tobi = Madara) when she's been tracking Kabuto for months.

2)We got some insight into Madara's past. The guy in the coffin could be anybody from Madara's corpse to the Rokudo-sennin himself, but now it seems confirmed that Madara's current body isn't his real one(the spoilers had Kabuto saying '...different vessel.') I've had a theory that Orochimaru's body swap technique may have been indirectly learned from Madara during his time at Akatsuki.

3)The cincher is that at long last Naruto accepted the fact that he's a jinchuuriki and shouldn't let that power go to waste. Screw Yamato, this is what Minato and Jiraiya wanted! Let's hope this doesn't come with a time limit as well. If he's going to be described as a top-class ninja, then Naruto needs to be a top-class ninja, and not just for a couple of minutes.

Im actually impressed with Naruto's resolve. After the Toad Key started naming the detrimental draw backs in naruto signing the key, and even hinted at understanding if Naruto pussied out, naruto still went through with it cause he himself knows how FAR BEHIND he is against sasuke and how desperately he needs the power. The consequences are dire but he'll get schooled by KB in the ways of coming to a mutal understanding with his Bijuu.

I hated how Kisame bashes poor ole simple minded KB, lol. I'd like it if when Kisame FINALLY re-emerges to face KB he's shot down like a dumbfounded puppy just like when Orochimaru popped out against Itachi only to get a sword through the chest and never be heard of again, hahahaha. Thats what he should get for underestimating The Bee man!! (although i would admit, killerbee seems like all braun and no brains for real)

And has it never crossed the minds of anyone that although Kabuto has Orochimaru's powers he may also have his major drawback; he would need to change hosts in order to prolong his scaly existance just like orochimaru did. He mentioned to Madara that his interest is in the further pursuit of jutsu (which could just be a farce in the face of madara to put him at ease) but either way i wouldn't hold it against him to not only want to kill sasuke but also to claim his body as his own.

naruto is angrier when hinata get hurt then when hunting sasuke... finally something sounds a little straight from this manga...
if madara act like that cuz kabuto , then it's even more convincing to me that the one at the coffin is madara's real body. and if so, then kabuto know how to defeat madara.. perhaps fusing madara's body and madara soul wil make him immortal no more...
if madara state is just a soul, then another way to suck up madara soul is the shiki fuin thingy...

PS: anybody think that that one pile of bones on that bone mountain might be kyubi's ??

Orochimaru changed hosts because he was searching for the perfect body not because of drawback originally. It only became a drawback after the fight with the third hokage where he'd never be able to use his arms again unless he did so

Simply more obsession with Sasuke. Let me know when something new happen. Nevermind. Maybe it's ok to not finish reading a story.

Hey, at least Sasuke hasn't physically appeared for two chapters! That's quite the record for this year. Kishimoto must be tearing up inside.

Itachi is kind of "back from the dead". I doubt he can use the MS but it may be a door to see Oro back from the sleep from the sword of Itachi's Susanoo

I'm glad: Naruto has understood that he's no match for Sasuke in a sense, taht he needs training and man up, etc. But I would like to see him train in the Myobokuzan a little more before going to search KB!

Madara's mystery is clearing up on a side and blurring on the other. Kabuto answered one question for the reader, but raised so many others!
What's inside that coffin!!!!

this chapter really have lots of interesting things to wait ... i got really confused who's on the coffin that kabuto summoned (excluding the first five) that makes madara agree to what kabuto wants...
