Kakashi must be getting confused. And a little full of himself. Gaara is basically saying to Naruto in front of Kakashi how he's gotta be hokage. Also I don't think the hokage should be Kakashi. He just doesn't seem strong enough.

Awesome chapter...I'm -so- glad Naruto didn't get a chance to say something before Gaara showed up. Now I'm -really- interested in seeing his response to all this and I can only hope it's pumped full of Sage-mode.
Madara vs Danzo? Hell---yes. In my opinion, one of the first real shinobi battles in quite some time.

They should make Shikamaru hokage since he's a strategist and can take down S-rank criminals with wits alone. Unfortunately, he's lazy enough to have to hire someone to take care of all the paperwork.
