Well in a world of mangas where everyone references Dragon Ball it's not bad really to see some Star Wars. They even have chakra swords - closest thing to lightsabers we'll get here.

I personally think learning from other things is fine, short of plagiarism. How many things are really original nowadays, anyway...almost everything's inspired by something or another.
