Naruto Chapter 496: Sakura's Confession!!

This is probably one of the best chapters I've read in a long time I like how they used the flashbacks to show that Sakura still loved Sasuke, I was lol at the panel of Rock Lee and Yamato shocked face and the next one with Rock Lee wiping his eyes. Everyone looks pissed on the page were she hugs him, I wonder how Naruto will look at her now for lying like that to him.

naruto is the mannnnnn!!! it was one of the best chapters i've read in a loooong time too flash. thankx for posting first yet again. naruto'll probably understand when he learns the reason behind it. but i'm sure she'' learn her lesson about lying to the future hokage. the panels on the side eith the faces were hilarious - i was cracking up at yamato and lee as well

it`s truly a magnificient chapter. one of the best chapters of naruto ( i think ). it should have been tough for sakura to say such words

LOL. The only thing that made the Sakura/Naruto scenes bearable was Lee's motions and faces.

Great chapter, indeed! Naruto has officially earned the title of 'El Hombre' in my book.

But I can't help but wonder if Sakura really -does- have feeling for Naruto or not. It's been hinted at in the past and sort of reiterated when she understood Hinata's reasons for intervening during the Pain fight. Makes we wonder what her reaction will be to him calling her on her bluff.

I won't ignore the fact that it was pretty obvious that her words weren't necessarily the whole truth, especially when she tried to seal the deal with the hug, but one can't help but wonder if her affection is real, if only partially. The flip side to this, though, is that her feelings for him might simply be because of his relentless pursuit of Sasuke, not because of who he is as Sai pointed out.

As far as cons go, something was off about Naruto's art style. The last panel was well done, but the rest seemed kinda off. Great chapter, none the less!

Sakura's feelings may actually be real for naruto but she still has feelings for sasuke tho. she did seem a bit jealous when hinata blurted out her love for naruto during the pein arc. who knows maybe next chapter she might still try to convince naruto that she does indeed love him like she says she does. still i think it was an excellent chapter - one of the best the series has ever had... bearing in mind that there were no battles at all. what really cooks my noodle is who will naruto choose in the end if it is indeed true that his long-time crush actually loves him instead of sasuke. i'm rooting for naru/hina tho. i'm sure ino would be happy to have sasuke all to herself until they all hear about karin....dun dun duuuun!

Her affection for him could be real we've seen since part 2 that she's starting to get closer to Naruto, but right there and then she's rushing telling him how she might truly feel because she can't bring herself to tell him what young konoha will do to Sasuke.

Great chapter. 'nough said.
